How long is each session?
each session is 60minutes, but longer sessions can be provided in 15minute increments and billing is determined on hourly rate based on type of session.
Do you accept insurance?
currently I am not paneled with insurance companies, thus do not accept insurance.
Can you provide letter for insurance reimbursement?
yes, letter can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement. Make sure to contact your insurance prior to scheduling to inquire about requirements of reimbursement such as virtual appointments and whether the insurance will accept letter for reimbursement.
Are my sessions confidential?
All sessions are confidential. The only time that confidentiality is not upheld is when suicidal or homicidal concerns arise. Therapist are legally required to break confidentiality in those circumstances for the safety of the client and all parties involved.
What happens if I’m late?
Life happens and that’s okay. Clients are given 15minute grace period. After that, you will need to reschedule. Please be informed that missed appointments will be charged at 50% hourly rate for the session.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is available based on your need. Make sure that you reschedule at least 48hours prior to the appointment in order not to be charged the 50% hourly rate fee for the session.
Do you offer in person appointments?
Only virtual appointments are offered currently.
